Some Special Meditation Tips for the Beginners

Practice Non-judgment:

Try to practice non-judgment while you are meditating. Do not judge your life partner, parents, Children, colleagues and even yourself. Do not judge your circumstances. Do not judge past, future and even present.

Law of Gratitude:

Feel gratitude for what you already have. This feeling creates such a power in you which brings more things in your life to be grateful for. When you practice meditation feel gratitude not only to divine forces but also to the people you are surrounded by.

Do not regret:

While practicing meditation do not regret for anything. We all make mistakes; we all have some events for which we feel guilty. But all these are past; we have nothing do with these events now. Do not allow your past destroy your present.

Live in NOW:

If you focus on past probably you feel guilty, on the other hand if you focus on future this mysterious future creates tension within you. So just try to be in this very moment, try to focus on NOW. While practicing Meditation always remember “The past is history, the future is a mystery, but today is a gift—that’s why it is called ‘the present’ ”.
